Close unnecessary applications in the background of the phone and free up memory;
Clear app cache (Settings - App Management - HyperLinks - Storage);
After uninstalling, reinstall from the official website to avoid issues with outdated versions of the app store.
Ensure that the recording pen and mobile phone are within the same Wi Fi/Bluetooth range;
Enter the "My Sync Management" app and manually trigger synchronization;
Check the storage space of the recording pen, full storage may cause synchronization interruption.
Confirm that the recording pen is turned on and Bluetooth is enabled
Ignore old devices on mobile Bluetooth, search for the device name of the recording pen again and pair it;
Restart the app and recording pen to eliminate signal interference.
Confirm that the network is functioning properly (offline only supports some languages);
Check the integrity of the recording file, damaged files need to be re recorded;
Upgrade the app to the latest version and fix the transcription algorithm bug.
